In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned below. Singular forms include the plural and vice versa where the context so requires.

To register and maintain an account on yyrrh7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. yyrrh7 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement through identity verification. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under 21 will be immediately closed, and all balances will be forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual players. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined by the Company from time to time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by yyrrh7 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a director, officer, employee, or contractor of the Company or any of its affiliated entities.

To access real-money gaming services on yyrrh7, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. By registering, you represent and warrant the following:

• All information provided during registration — including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number — is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You will promptly update any registration information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
• You will not register more than one account. Each individual is permitted a single active account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You will not register using an alias, pseudonym, or another person's identity.

yyrrh7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. The Company also reserves the right to require additional verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during routine audits or in response to unusual account activity.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — regardless of whether it was authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify yyrrh7 support immediately at [email protected].

yyrrh7 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal request. This process — commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) — is a globally recognized compliance standard. The Company reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, not solely upon withdrawal.

Standard KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Primary Identity Document: A valid Indonesian National ID Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM). The document must be current (not expired), clearly legible in all four corners, and show your photograph, date of birth, and full name.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your primary identity document next to your face. Both your face and the do cument must be clearly visible and unobscured.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account, e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay), or other payment method used to deposit funds, confirming that the payment instrument belongs to you.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 90 days, showing your full name and residential address.

All documents must be submitted in their original, unaltered form. Submissions that appear to have been digitally manipulated will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the Company's compliance team. yyrrh7 processes KYC submissions within 1–3 business days and will notify you by email upon completion.

Members may fund their yyrrh7 account using any of the following supported payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. yyrrh7 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though the Company reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusual deposits.
• Deposits must be made exclusively from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit traced to a payment instrument not belonging to the verified Member will be reversed, and the account may be suspended.
• Funds deposited are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation of the incoming transfer. Standard bank transfer confirmation takes 5–30 minutes during operating hours. E-wallet transfers are typically credited within 5 minutes.
• yyrrh7 does not accept deposits made using credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed among the supported options above.
• In the event that a deposit is credited incorrectly due to a technical error, you are obligated to notify yyrrh7 support immediately. Any wagers placed using funds credited as a result of a known error are void.

yyrrh7 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any deposit that triggers automated risk or anti-money-laundering alerts. The Company maintains a strict anti-money-laundering policy and cooperates with relevant authorities in connection with suspicious financial activity.

Members may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. yyrrh7 targets processing of 94% of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of submission during standard operating hours (06:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified under the Member's name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed in full. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification if account details have changed or if a risk trigger has been activated.
• If you have an active bonus balance, any applicable rollover requirement must be satisfied before the associated real money funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw Real Money Balance while a bonus is active may result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• yyrrh7 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any bank or e-wallet processing fees are absorbed by the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal for up to 5 business days in cases where enhanced due diligence is required, including but not limited to large withdrawal amounts, unresolved KYC documentation, or active fraud investigations.

yyrrh7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Rollover Requirements: All bonus credits carry a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus balance — or Real Money Balance associated with that bonus — may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to rollover. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute between 10% and 50%. Sports bets contribute at the rate specified per promotion. Togel lottery bets contribute as stated in each promotion.
• Bonus Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from issuance. Expired bonus credits are automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Activating a new bonus while one is in progress may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Prohibition on Bonus Abuse: Behaviors deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, multi-accounting, coordinated wagering between accounts, low-risk hedging strategies exclusively targeting promotional terms, or systematic exploitation of error states — will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
• yyrrh7 Discretion: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. All bonus awards are made at the Company's sole discretion and may be adjusted, reclaimed, or cancelled if the Company determines in good faith that a bonus was awarded or used in error or in breach of these Terms.

All games and betting markets on yyrrh7 are governed by product-specific rules accessible within each game or market. The following general rules apply across the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. yyrrh7 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a documented system error that materially affected the bet outcome.
• In the event of a system malfunction — including a server error, loss of connectivity, or game engine failure — all bets affected by that malfunction are void and the staked amount is returned to the Member's Real Money Balance.
• Sportsbook bets on mix parlay (accumulator) markets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid. A void selection reduces the accumulator leg count but does not void the entire ticket.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — including SGP, HK, SDY, and Macau draws — official draw results are the sole reference for settling bets. yyrrh7 is not responsible for delays caused by the issuing lottery body.
• Live in-play sportsbook bets accepted after the outcome of the relevant event is effectively determined — due to latency, connectivity issues, or any other reason — are void.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event type apply and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. The Company reserves the right to limit maximum stake sizes for any Member without providing a reason.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on yyrrh7. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the behaviors listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human play.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or undocumented features of the Platform — commonly referred to as "glitching" — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, whether through coordination of bets, sharing of account access, or any other cooperative method designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, or using the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications directed at yyrrh7 staff or other Members through any channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's backend systems, databases, or the accounts of other Members.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gaming restriction in place on your account.

yyrrh7 is firmly committed to responsible gaming as a core operational value. We offer the following tools to all Members through the account dashboard, without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts at configurable intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Time-Out: Suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. The account is immediately inaccessible for the chosen duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 6 months and may be requested as a permanent measure.

yyrrh7 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Member data is stored on secured, access-controlled servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may share data with licensed third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification vendors, game studios) strictly to the extent necessary to provide our services.

All content on the yyrrh7 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No element of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yyrrh7 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Interruption of service, including downtime caused by maintenance, technical failure, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any outcome of a wager, bet, or game played on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. yyrrh7 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

yyrrh7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure in good standing, any remaining verified Real Money Balance (net of active bonus credits) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

yyrrh7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active Members via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the change takes effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yyrrh7 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that governing jurisdiction.

Where applicable mandatory local law in Indonesia confers rights upon consumers that cannot be excluded or limited by contract, nothing in these Terms shall be construed to waive or diminish those rights. Members are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about their rights under these Terms.
